How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email us at hello@revaireshop.com with your order number and a brief note letting us know you'd like a refund. Our team will respond within 24 hours to process your request.

Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

 

Exchanges

If you'd prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please let us know when you contact us and we'll arrange a replacement.

 

Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the product must not have been intentionally damaged or soiled in a manner that renders it unhygienic. Normal use during the trial period is expected and will not affect your eligibility.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items
